Internationella dagen för universell tillgång till vård för alla

Universal Health Coverage Day on12 Decemberis the annual rallying point for the growing movement for health for all. It marks the anniversary of the United Nations’ historic and unanimous endorsement of universal health coverage in 2012.
International Universal Health Coverage Day aims to raise awareness of the need for strong and resilient health systems and universal health coverage (UHC) with multi-stakeholder partners. The Day is celebrated annually on 12 December. It offers an opportunity for UHC advocates to share the stories of the millions of people still waiting for health, champion what has been achieved so far, call on leaders to make bigger and smarter investments in health, and encourage diverse groups to make commitments to help move the world closer to UHC by 2030.
En dag att uppmärksamma att alla bör få tillgång till hälso- och sjukvård var man än bor i världen. Enligt de globala hållbarhetsmålen ska detta ha kommit närmare en lösning till 2030.
