How to reach the conference venue in the city
Bus: Blue bus no.3 or others – station St Eriksplan
Metro: Green line 18 or 19 – station St Eriksplan
You can pay with your credit card at both the bus and the metro, no special tickets are needed.
Taxi: Use only taxi companies with a label on the side-window that shows the cost per km!

How to reach Stockholm
Stockholm – ”the beauty on water” is easy to reach from different travel hubs in Europe.
By plane: Stockholm have two airports:
- Bromma Airport, 20 minutes from the city centre by shuttle bus or by taxi. Airlines abroad are operated by Brussels Airlines to Brussels, Belgium and BRA to Aarhus, Denmark and to Helsinki, Finland.
- Arlanda International Airport, 20 minutes from the city centre by Arlanda Express airport train or approx. 50 minutes by shuttle bus.
Many international airlines operate at Arlanda and two good alternatives to mention, are SAS or Norwegian.
If you go by taxi from the airports to Stockholm city, ask the driver for a fixed price.
By train: Stockholm Central station is situated approx. 15-20 minutes walking distance from the conference venue.
Official Language
Official language is Swedish, but most Swedes understand English. Many signs and information at hotels, travel centers and at the conference venue are in both languages.
Badges
All registered delegates, volunteers and speakers are kindly asked to wear their badges when you are at the conference venue and to be brought with you when attending the networking events in the evenings.
WiFi
Free WIFi at the Bonnierhuset Konferens and usually at the hotels.
Weather
The weather in Sweden and Stockholm in the beginning of October varies a lot. It can be cold and beautiful, but also rainy, grey skies and quite mild weather. The temperature is normally between +8 to +15 C.
