A chance to deliver permanent patient-centric change
Although it was already on an upwards trajectory before 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has rocketed patient centricity to the top of the agenda for pharma.
This was the overwhelming message at the 17th Pharma & Patient Summit Europe in September, held virtually for the first time.
Some 400 people joined the event to hear about the innovations which will really move the dial on patient engagement. Delegates heard leaders from pharma as well as patient experts share their insights into this fast evolving trend across everything from patientcentric leadership, R&D structures and patient support programmes, through to how to build partnerships that stand the test of time.
