Patient safety in Sweden, Europe and the world
An entire day about Patient Safety who concerns all patient groups, health care, life science-companies and public agencies, how Patient Safety can look like and work within different ways, from different perspectives in Sweden as well as in other countries. What does knowledge, leadership and organization mean for the outcome? How does the involvement of the healthcare professionals or the patients happens and what govern those who are making the products that are used? Welcome!

Cardiovascular Diseases, CVD Forum
FOKUS Patient® in collaboration with Global Heart Hub
A forum with an oversight of the biggest CVD’s like heart failure and heart valve diseases, but also about hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which more people need to be aware of. More knowledge is also needed about the connection between cardiovascular diseases and other diagnoses like diabetes, kidney diseases, cancer, or stroke. Through extensive R&D activities all over the world and a greater participation from patients to drive development in using new methods and new treatments, more people with CVD can survive. Welcome!

FOKUS Patient® in collaboration with Livet som Gåva & ESOT – European Society of Organ Transplantation
As transplanted, you have got your life back, as a gift. But life after a transplantation does mean lifelong treatment and risks for other, and new diseases. Others will never get the chance to receive a new organ. How does the opportunities look like for organ donation and transplantation in the future with improved matching for organs with new methods, or production of new types of organs, e.g.? And how do we take the ethical aspects in consideration?
The Forum like to give a current state image over the R&D in Sweden and internationally at the transplantation area with participation from decision makers, HCP’s, patients and life science companies! Welcome!
